Administrative Assistant

Office Assistant – Passaic, NJ – $18.00 – $20.00 p/h, d/o/e

This well-established client need your administrative expertise!

Responsibilities include:

  • General administrative duties
  • Client billing
  • Providing customer service to clients via phone and email
  • Data entry
  • Special projects as needed

Requirements include:

  • Strong communication skills, bilingual English/Spanish a plus!
  • Good Word and Excel skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Apparel industry experience a plus!
  • EDI experience a plus!
  • Must be punctual and dependable

Hours: 9AM – 5:30PM (1 hour for lunch)
