Receptionist – Yonkers, NY – $19 per hour

Our client needs your administrative and interpersonal expertise!

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones and emails
  • Take calls from tenants and relay information to proper party
  • Schedule appointments with vendors
  • Contact building Superintendent with tenants needs
  • Data entry into company system
  • Special projects as needed

Requirements include:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Must have prior office experience

Monday through Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM
