FBA Shipment Facilitator – Piscataway, NJ
This growing company needs your shipping expertise!
Responsibilities include:
- Reports to Head of Logistics
- Entering and arranging FBA (fulfilled by Amazon) shipments upon sales team request
- Facilitating Direct delivery orders to FBA by communication with vendors shipments details and responding with appropriate labels and instructions/
- Investigating reason for items rejected by FBA
- Working closely with Amazon account manager to increase storage limitations
- Consolidating shipment orders to fill truck loads
- Assigning best FBA fulfillment centers
- Monitoring Amazon receiving’s and documenting it accordingly into ERP system
- Review receiving errors by Amazon and submitting claims
- FBA removal orders arrangements and documenting into ERP system
Requirements include:
- 1-3 years’ experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Thorough, organized and attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
- Ability to stick to time constraints
- Professional discretion
- Must pass a Background Check
